the likely hood of a new rider this late in the game is very unlikely. If it was done it would probably be bad or leave you with a bad feeling.

yeah I kinda doubt they'd get a new rider, they don't have many episodes left to use them a lot either.

It's possible, the owner says that there were several lines. Also the station had four slots. And if the King Liner doesn't count as a train, but rather as the station (after all it did swallow up Den and Zero Liners) then another train could exist (other than Gaoh Liner).

Dude, there's like 10 or 9 eps left. There is no time or room to add another Rider even for a villain. It would feel rushed and just Bandai trying to make another Buck. Den-O and Zeronos are it, and they have to defeat Kai. If Kai ends up with a Rider Form to face them that could be a possibility, but I doubt it.
