If it's really a trademark registration, you can go to IPDL and check. http://www6.ipdl.inpit.go.jp/Syouhyou/shsogodbk.ipdl
It's a photoshop of the Go-Busters trademark registration. It's still 2013, they wouldn't be registering things for 2014 yet. You can clearly see it's a different font for 2014.
Also, Heisei Year 23 is the same as 2011. As I pointed out in the other thread regarding the possible new Rider, a quick reverse image search would lead you to the original.
