Sorry to drag this up again but apparantly at the TVN board some reactions were posted (someone sent me a screencap of that). Since I'm banned at anything that touches TVN, this is the only place I can reply. But don't worry, this won't turn into a flame war since at the end of this week I return home and won't have time to go on the boards anymore anyway ... so this is probably one of my last posts in a long time.
To get a glimpse of what they're saying, it should be somewhere in a post called "dealing with idiots" on their board.
In short my replies:
- OK about the 'errors', we'll just agree to have different interpretations.
- I was banned/kicked from their chat by KR, who even made my firewall light up like a christmas tree ... was he trying to scan with benevolent thougths in mind? Suuuurrrreee he was
- I did download one sub by accident, little did I know what [T-N] stands for?
- I have no intention to take TVN down. What would I gain with that? If they enjoy releasing and others enjoy leeching, what do I care?
- They call me a leecher and lier, but I'd like to know why exactly? The only thing I purposely dl'ed was the Gransazer OST for which I was grateful. What lies did I tell? That their subs aren't flawless? That KR is not the nicest person in the world?
- and finally, perhaps TVN had trouble reading between the lines, so I'll spell it out:
I said that meaning "in which you don't live in" but that sounded dorky. Like... We're helping you peek into the window that otherwise you couldn't reach on your own. God. People are dumb.
don't live ... in Japan

I have a fulltime job, I do my best to get along with neighbors and friends, I have a social life, I try to give something to the community (free translations, free language classes to little children), I'm planning to ask my g/f to marry me ...
all these things ... in Japan
As you can see, I don't need (fan)subs to peek into the window of my own house, and without knowing anything about me they say that I don't exist in my own house (manner of speaking)
That's about all I had to add to that. I wish them the best of luck with the continuation of their projects and perhaps I'll check back next time I'm abroad.
Sunday I'm going home, just in time to celebrate Golden Week ^^
