Yeah, it really pisses me off to hear people bash Obama for bowing to other world leaders just because all the arrogant little dipshits that live here think that anybody who doesn't is a terrorist. I commend his sense of dignity and respect... turning your nose up at others and distrusting them is how you get into conflict to begin with. The first step is going to have to be to treat these people like they're worth something and realizing that we're not as big and bad as we think we are.

Repubslicans don't seem like they are able to understand the fact that the U.S. is not the only country in the world, and that it's not "it's us, or them" anymore. We are all in this together, and Obama has been the first politician (that I know of) in a long time to commit to sitting down with countries that we have bad blood with and trying to resolve things instead of just hating each other till the end of time. Why are Republicans scared of the world trying to work together and get along?

I'm sorry guys but it's the same on both sides. Some people hate republicans and some hate democrats. If you were on the other side you would be hating on obama and blasting any one that supports him.

Like I said, I am giving Obama the year he asked for. I don't see why even the big time Obama haters can't do that. These threads usually go no where fast. Each side defends their point of view. That leads to arguments, and then bashing each others point of view. It's already started in this thread.

I'm not talking about hating the opposite party you support. I'm talking about how Republicans are so hateful to anyone else in this country that doesn't support them/share their views...even calling people unpatriotic, or worse, terrorist, simply because of their differences on certain things. And it goes well beyond people here in the states (as is evident by most repubs stance on foreign policy).

I couldn't care less about this documentary, but the director in the "about" video was awesome! haha. He would explain an easy concept really thoroughly, and then under his breath almost he would toss out some crazy, tin foil hat addendum to it. Plus, he was so darn excited, I may watch the whole doc just to hear him talk more.
