My parents gave me a slice of Chicago Deep Dish Pizza from their trip to Chicago(I had to stay home to due to my Wisdom Teeth) and it was delicious :anime:

I made some Japanese Curry again, I'm reposting the photos only cause I think that this time, it came out VERY well:

I made the roux from scratch like usual, but I changed it up a little:

Instead of water, I used a can of Chinese Chicken Broth, and I grated some onion into the roux.

Nope...canned. You can find in pretty much any asian grocery store.

Huh... When I go shopping, I've never seen it. I use the Swanson reduced sodium broth.
