Cyclone Joker Extreme has a very amazing homage.....

The Showa Rider henshin sequence with the belt and flashy lights.

Watch this clip of Extreme's transformation from 0:19 - 0:28.

W's Fang Joker and Accel both have given homages to Kamen Rider Kiva AND Kamen Rider Gattack in their respected finishers........
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-yl_Jp6Zy-U"]Twin Maximum Drive: Accel and Double Fang Joker[/ame]

Both Accel and W's Fang Joker have adopted the pre-kick pose and aura from Kiva......
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsfzL8hK_aA"]Dark Kiva Wake Up 2 and Kiva Emperor Wake Up Fever[/ame]

Then they adopted the actual Rider Kick from Gatack.....

Which to me, was more memorable. We need more Metal Heroes homages in Toku nowadays.

The scarf is the best homage since, you know, we haven't had one since Another Agito...

I heard about it. I'm a few eps behind but I'm sure I'll notice it when I see it.

Scarf. Wind-powered Rider. Spinning center of Xtreme Memory. Double's suit figure resembling Black.

The name 'Cyclone':eyebrow:
And this is not really a homage, but the english of Kamen Rider on Double's screen title is Kamen Rider, not Masked Rider anymore...
