Opening in theaters on June 11, 2010, the big screen adaptation stars Liam Neeson as John "Hannibal" Smith, Bradley Cooper as Lt. Templeton "Faceman" Peck, Sharlto Copley as Capt. "Howling Mad" Murdock, and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson as Sgt. "B.A." Baracus. The roles were made famous by George Peppard, Dirk Benedict, Dwight Schultz and Mr. T, respectively, in the original series.

Directed by Joe Carnahan (Narc & Smokin' Aces).

All I can say, don't screw this up Fox! I want this movie to be good. :shakefist

Anyone else going to give this movie a shot?

I'm not a big A Team fan but I hope they don't screw it up, by either going too dark or too comedic.

I also hope Rampage can actually act and Liam can talk with a cigar in his mouth.

I loved every season, the fifth (where they began working for the goverment), was underrated and had some of it's best episodes too. Peppard was picky about girls not being anywhere near the series by the time it ended.

Just make sure they follow the golden rule: Shoot to kill, but don't hit ANYONE.

I hope that Dwight Schultz, the original Murdock, gets a cameo. What's the plot gonna be: an origin story, or will the movie take place before or after their infamous stockade breakout?

It'll be an origin story That's the one thing the series never actually had until the fifth season premiere plugged in all the gaps and gave the viewer flashbacks etc.
