I've just watched the movie...
Well, like most Sentai movies it wasn't very impressive, but the way it connected with the show worked quite well.
The "strange woman" idea is overused in these movies and Goseiger didn't really do anything new with it. This version of Ragnarok probably was the least impressive end of the world ever too. They completely forgot that it was happening at some point and just had blue skies without anything weird for a while. During the final battle, I wasn't fond of the wire attacks. They just seemed too slow. The choreography in the show itself flowed generally better.
GoseiWonder's introduction was also very underwhelming - good CG for the final part of the combination (well, for Sentai standards) and also a good new city set for the battle itself, but the Goseiwonder's finisher lacked impact, and the story behind its debut seemed weak even compared to pretty much every other Goseiger mecha (aside from maybe the Mystic Brothers). Its tv show return was much better executed.
Although Goseiknight wasn't used much, I thought they played out his participation nicely. They avoided a situation where he'd need to face a menace that wasn't hurting Earth - he only appeared to help the Goseiger after Ragnarok had started, avoiding a contradiction to his character at that point of the show.
Bladerun is shown freely changing forms here like he does when he reveals his identity in the show... I was initially thinking that it was weird that he agreed to go on a plan that would blow up the planet, but, in the end, it's revealed that the planet is reborn anew after Ragnarok. So, Bladerun working to make sure it happened makes perfect sense. He'd basically get his plan done much faster and easier if Gyoten'o had succeeded.
It was nice to see that the show was actually quite consistent in those points. The core of the movie itself wasn't very good, but those details raised my enjoyment of an otherwise mediocre episode.

Hehe! I still refuse to finish Goseiger until TVNihon releases the HD versions of 37 to 50. Hehe! Just sayin.

They will finish those. I mean hey, they took the raws Momotaros got from a private server and will release them giving no thanks to the providers.

I'd say that you should only watch it if you really liked Goseiger. As a standalone feature, it just isn't very good.

Its a shame that most sentai movies seem to be mere episodes nowadays, but personally i really enjoyed Goseiger so it wouldn't hurt to check this movie out.
