The enjin souls make total sense in the cocept of the story, storing the energy/ soul of the mecha (characters) so they can be used as other forms. Yes, It's still a toy whoring thing, but it has a nice justification in the show. Nothing is justifie din Goseiger as there really is no story or explanation behind things except for, "wow, this just appeared" even Gosei Knight had the same treatment.

Shinkenger was just as bad in the second half, but it was nice to see them work for new abilities and TOY$, I mean items in the first half, before they seemed to got stuck in the No story trap in the middle of the show.

i like goseiknight and his mecha is badass, yeah some characters are annoying but who the hell the cares, actually goseiknight is what's making me watching the show, plus i got his gear so it will be fun when i get it and im almost finished making his cards, to play along with so it's going to be cool, actually goseiknight is really awsome for a non human because he's got more functionality meaning, not just for sword slashing and gun shooting and he uses his cards for the leoncelluar to makes alot of playability and fun.

so from i choose with shrinkenger from hurricanger , signal man from carranger and ,goseiknight from goseiger, i choose goseiknight, alot of playability.

Isn't the producer different? That might have something to do with it. Gekirangers' episodic stories weren't really good. It only was good when a storyline was going on. Thankfully, that was... most of the time.

Goseiger, though, has been unexpectedly episodic... even after the Yuumaju's arrival. This is the result. The two last episodes of the War Star were very good and they were written by the main writer too. As long as he/she is writing relevant stories, he/she does well, it's only when it comes to filler that we have this lack of quality.

Isn't the producer different?

Yep. Geki's producer was Hideaki "Now getting kudos for W" Tsukada, while Gosei's producer is Jun "Should have been demoted after Bouken and Go-on" Hikasa.
