you know the idiots you go to school with?.. Well they can grow up and have a kid but they are still brainless idiots but now they are brainless idiots with kids... Stuff like this does not surprise me any more honestly...
A child can not make that choice. Young boys have raging hormones. The adult teacher took advantage of him. It was rape. The mother is guilty of being a fucking lame ass parent. It was rape. You guys can make jokes, try and make it seem like a cool thing, or what ever it is you want to do to make this seem like a good thing. BUT, it is not a GOOD thing. It was rape. It is disgusting, and any of you making light of this or saying it was ok that it happened should be ashamed of yourselves.

Doesn't sound like rape to me. The kid might be young, but 15 is old enough to make up your own mind about something, even if you don't have the good judgement to back up your decisions. Some people never develop good judgement. Would it have been rape if he was just a stupid 18 year old? Or if he was 30? Where do we draw the line on the "innocent victim" routine and when does "rape" begin and end if it's not a clear cut physical abuse case? What you're really doing is giving the kid an excuse. Instead of saying "he made his own choice, it just happened to be an inappropriate one," you're telling everyone "it wasn't really his choice because he's too young to know better." Sounds like letting him off a little too easily for me. Besides, if we excused every instance of sexual assault by citing raging hormones, nobody would ever be punished for anything.
