Taking the "news" hosts seriously?

He does make fun of everyone, but c'mon. If he leaned any more to the left he'd fall over. Not that I'm not glad he falls on the right side, but.

I'm sorry did someone say Glenn Beck?

I'm just going to stop and go get a beer, this is going to be a long night.

The only reason I watch stewart is because he pretty much says exactly what I'm thinking about issues, but I dont go for him for my hard news.

If I want hard, unbiased news, I'll watch CNN.

The main thing I find appealing about Stewart is that he primarily criticizes the media, almost moreso than the politicians themselves. Every episode is like a miniature study in propaganda. (With, obviously, a lot of laughs thrown in.)

I wouldn't go to him for "hard news", but watching him helps to filter through the bullshit on all the other networks.

Its the closest thing to unbiased you can get in this day and age.

Certainly more unbiased than Fox and CSNBC.

"Unbiased" is definitely not the first word I'd think of for CNN

Yeah, I love and watch Stewart's show all the time. It's really my main source of news outside of my dabbles in the regular paper.

I mainly get my news from a bunch of different online sources. Many are biased, but that's fine if you can keep track of which publications have which bias. So I expect a conservative slant out of WSJ articles and one that's liberal (by US standards) out of the BBC.
