That, or the fact that the Ohrangers allowed their powers to be borrowed so that Doc could understand the blueprints of the cannon. Either way, it's still a good advantage.

I agree for Jetman ultimate power, they used it a single time against Radiguet to defeat him in episode 50,and just after this Radiguet becomes a Giant.
