A.N.G.E.L Artificial Neural General/Guardian Electronic Link Units are a group of artificial humans units made by Dimension Industries. A wonder of molecular bioengineering, its biological composition comes in various forms based on need, from carbon based duplicates of real humans to those based on silicon or liquid metal. Many of the current A.N.G.E.L all twenty six (currently third series) was made by Dimension Industries at Heavens Lab, and they are hybrid models with a carbon/silicon base. They also have a larger brain, and several types of Nano machines to help them to there full functions. These units also are telepathic making them even more useful to the ones that owns them. They’re also well known for there beauty and pointy elf like ears.
Angels are use as links to the network established by the government and other organization for emergencies and general purposes they can also hack. What this means is that theses unit can link to a network of operator, observers, the internet etc. To find lightening fast information then relay them to the people who needs them, kind of like a super computer with human functions. All Angels can operate with these neural links and do other tasks at the same time; making them superior to robots and more cost efficient then cyborgs, and due to them being made of organic composition. They are easier to maintain, and do not circum to EMP waves. Unfortunately Angel units are Expensive and Time consuming to make therefore within recent years Dimension decided to cancel the project and ended Angel’s units at Third series, Producing 30 of them with only 26 remaining in service. Two units are listed as DIA (Destroyed in Action), the rest are MIA (Missing in Action). It has been known and proven that during war time the side with the Angel unit has the biggest advantage due to the fact that Angel units can provide real time, battle field information giving generals their absolute battle field control.

Bio: As the chief of police for the Global Police, Saizo oversees the operations for both the Global Police and the Super Rescue Squadron. Despite having the highest rank in the Global Police, Saizo is not unapproachable, and often acts as a big brother to many of the SRS members.

With Honami's help, Tezuka orchestrated a plan to fool the SRS into thinking Red Sigma was destroyed, which worked really well.
As the new leader of the Red Sigma, he slowly rebuilt the support base of the nefarious organization, allowing him to bring the organization from the 'dead' -- all for the sake of Honami's affections. He also rebuilt himself into a cyborg during that time, using the information he gained through the years as a member of the SRS.

While she initially pretended to fall in love with the former SRS leader to maintain the survival of Red Sigma, it seems as if Honami is really developing feelings for Tezuka.
In spite of her attractive physique, Honami is actually a cybernoid -- a half-human, half-cyborg hybrid, capable of leaping onto skyscraper rooftops, as well as smashing through concrete with her bare fists, making her a deadly opponent against the SRS.

Bio: Yamazaki is really the codename for a military project to create bioweapons capable of controlling the elements. Kaen is the only succesful product of the fire branch of the project, as all his previous 'brothers', so to speak, couldn't control their powers and burned themselves alive. The project was deemed a failure, however, and Kaen was set to be eliminated if it weren't for a Red Sigma raid on the testing facility. Swearing loyalty to Tezuka for saving his life, Kaen glady burns anyone and anything in his savior's path, despite Tezuka seeing him as nothing more than a tool.

Bio: Like his 'brother' Kaen, Hyouga was created under the Yamazaki project and controls ice as opposed to Kaen's fire. Kaen and Hyouga were the only two successful creations of the Yamazaki project, and it was for this reason and that the project violated almost every law regarding to genetics that the military ordered the project canceled and any evidence destroyed. The Red Sigma raid on the testing facility saved both of their lives with Kaen swearing loyalty to Tezuka. Hyouga on the other hand, refused Red Sigma membership and was able to escape from their clutches. He was also approached by the SRS into joining them, but he refused that as well, wanting to remain a free spirit and to attempt living a normal life.
