Plot: In the near future, advancements in technology have made life easier for many people on Earth, especially in the city of Crosswinds. Ranging from foods that cook in a mere fraction of a second to cars that can drive themselves whenever the driver gets worn out, such technologies have revolutionized the way people did things. However with the rise of new technologies, crime began to increase as well, creating a new breed of criminal -- the Super-criminals, who use new technologies, such as cybernetic skeletons, to create havoc and chaos in the city -- all in the name of achieving their selfish goals. The Global Police, knowing that they are no match for the super-criminals as they are, began to use the new technologies as well to counter such vicious criminals, thus giving birth to a new division in the Global Police -- the Super Rescue Squadron.
Since its creation, the Super Rescue Squadron have been successful in apprehending many super-criminals, as well as the safe rescue of many innocent civilians that pay the price for simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. All that was about to change, however, when a mysterious organization known as Red Sigma emerged, its members being super-criminals that are ten times more powerful than the standard super-criminal. With its forces being stretched thin by Red Sigma activity, both the Global Police and the SRS have sent in its field captain -- Makishima Tezuka -- to infiltrate the Red Sigma base and put an end to the organization once and for all. Though the mission was a success, Tezuka was never to be seen or heard from again. Or so many believed............
Since that day, peace has reigned throughout Crosswinds, with only petty crooks and incompetent super criminals running about for the IGP to bring to justice. That fragile peace would instantly be shattered, however, when Red Sigma, the organization that was thought to be dead, re-emerged and began to wreak havoc in the city once more. Even more shocking, was that Tezuka Makishima, a man they believed to have died in combat, entered the scene as the new leader of Red Sigma. Confused and enraged by the turn of events, the Global Police began to select from their new batch of trainees to step up and become the new SRS in order to protect the city once more, not only from the evils of Red Sigma, but also from the treachery of Tezuka.

Equipment

Although each member has a distinct weapon that only they can use, every member has three items that are standard equipment.
Kinkyuu Changer: A small, pocket-sized device that allows SRS members to switch into their rescue armor. It also serves as a communication device for the unit.
Rescue Pack: A metallic pack that latches on to the back of the Rescue Armor. In times of need, SRS members can equip the rescue pack, allowing them to put out flames. It also has a separate oxygen generator inside, allowing the SRS member to give a smoke inhalation victim immediate first aid at the site.
LifeClaw: A claw-type weapon that can also act as a grappling hook. It also allows SRS members to lift debris so that they may safely rescue any person trapped underneath.
MetaCuffs: A newly-developed set of handcuffs designed to lock into a person's wrist upon contact. Specifically designed for use by the SRS, it is built using a super strong alloy that even a super-criminal cannot break.

Personality:A handsome young man in the ranks of the Global Police trainees, Junichi was pretty much a loner -- both by choice and by circumstance, as many of his peers tended to not notice him, especially those of the opposite sex. In spite of this, however, Junichi is a hard worker, and would pull all the stops in order to accomplish the mission regardless of whether or not he has comrades to watch his back.
Bio: Born during the advent of the new technological era, Junichi never got to see his parents as a baby, due to the fact that a super-criminal had murdered his parents. Without anyone to look after him, Junichi was then transferred to an orphanage, where he would grow up, tortured and bullied by the other children. Because of the unwillingness of the adults to help, Junichi got into a lot of fights with the other children in an attempt to defend himself -- resulting in a lot of remprimands and spankings. Just when all hope seemed to be gone, Junichi would finally find a loving family in the form of Michimura Kazuya, an member of the well-known Super Rescue Squadron of the Inter-Global Police, where he would eventually grow up into a respectable young man. However, tragedy would strike Junichi once again when Red Sigma invaded the city in full force. His brother, along with the other members of SRS, went in to combat the threat of the Red Sigma in order to allow Tezuka, the SRS field commander, to slip into the Red Sigma base unnoticed. Kazuya's life eventually ended as he pushed a little girl away from falling pieces of debris blasted loose by a Red Sigma cybernoid, taking the full force of the falling debris instead.
Years have passed since the incident involving his half-brother, and Junichi was one of many IGP recruits destined to become full-fleged officers. At the induction ceremonies, Junichi would learn of the re-emergence of Red Sigma, and of Tezuka becoming Red Sigma's new leader. Much to his surprise, however, Junichi would also learn that he would be chosen as the SRS's new Red Braver, due to his tenacity in both combat and tackling dangerous situations. Remembering his half-brother, who he loved so dearly, Junichi stepped up and accepted his role as Red Braver, hoping to protect the weak and the innocent from "bullies" like Tezuka.
