It doesn't say if he's Inazuman, but it would have to involve time travel if he really is Inazuman.

Yeah, Hyper Hobby confirmed that Shelly is in it. But it's still possible that she will at least voice Shinken Yellow.

Someone on Rangerboard said that the article attached to the new pictures says Fourze, Meteor, Decade, Super-1 are all voices only. Kinda sad about this if it is true. If they can get the original voices they should at least sneak a quick henshin sequence in.
