Despite being a third of the weight, still $28. USPS.com refuses to offer tracking options for their flat-rate envelopes and small boxes. If I went with a medium flat-rate box, it goes up to an insane $43. Using my own packaging, $28 is as cheap as I can get it shipped and tracked.

How much without tracking? (It has to be in a VERY resistant package if it doesn't have tracking. Italian Post is the worst Post in the world!)
