To bring him back, he should go on a Killing spree, and just outright slaughter some humans, so he could heal and/or become stronger.

Hey Keith, I remember seeing a scan in the Shinkenger rumor thread that revealed Hyper ShinkenRed appearing in the series, and Juzou appeared in the scan as well....

and like they said, no explosion, no death.
