Well, a Burrito is made with a flour tortilla and is filled with rice, beans, meat, and the usual extras.

Tacos are made with corn/maize torillas and usually only come with meat and salsa.

They always used flour tortillas in their soft tacos, not corn tortillas. ^^;;
