My, VSO is good for resizing and it's like a rip-off photoshop.

To be honest, when I need to resize something I just use Paintbrush. I mean, it's not perfect but ****, it's quick and easy. dont need to download anything special.

MS paint actually degrades the quality of the image slightly.
