Dude, you have to be a little realistic. Kamen Rider 1 is the weakest of the original Riders. So his stats have to be a lot weaker. Rider 1 main focus was combat techniques, not physical strength.
Rider 1 is stronger than some of the later ones though. Compared to Rider 2, he specializes in skills over strength, so he's weaker there, but he's not the weakest one by a longshot. He was still schooling new monsters waaaaay later on.
And anyone actually attempting to catalogue all this stuff... not to get you down, but good luck. The stats are considerably more organized with the newer Riders. That's simply because they had websites that come out when the show is first on that put all the stuff out there, and everyone followed from that. With the older series, a lot of it had to be made up on the spot and as a result there's a lot of discrepancy.
Some places say that Super-1 has a set jumping height, others say it's infinite on account of the fact that he's the resident space case. Nobody can agree on what some Riders are based on, and for years, we didn't know what ZX's height/weight were... and that's the one thing that usually is pretty consistently given. As Basri said, there's stats for BLACK in that video, but even those don't get consistently mentioned in other places. There's a reason I don't try to include punching/kicking/jumping/running/ swimming/whatever stats on my site. Like, if you really want to know that stuff, some of it's out there, but don't expect any kind of consistency.
The best you can do is make a broad estimate based on what's going on in the show. Like, I say Rider 2 is the strongest physically because it's a proven fact based on the series that he's a powerhouse even in the later series. If you want to get the comics involved (and if you do, keep it to the good ones like Spirits, please) then he's unquestionably the team tank. Which makes a lot of sense, considering what he had to go through to get that way.
