I remember that day when I was in H.S. and someone in the office made an announce about the World Trade Center has been attacked and then next one hour later, we all saw coverage news on TV.

It was terrible.

It's sad BUT why does anyone only really remember on Sept.11th.If people truly didn't forget why is it that the world has not changed at all?.
If we really want to honor these dead (and the people fighting in the war on BOTH sides that are getting killed STILL.We should do something everyday to change the world we live in ?.
The sad thing is its History now and people really only acknowledge on its anniversary a few moments of silence and it's back to life as usual.
if the world won't change then be the change I say.

Well the hundreds of thousands who were directly effected by the deaths of innocent lives during the attack know why they won't forget. That being said, life goes on, and you can't expect citizens to spend every waking moment of their life mourning past tragedies. It's why we have days of remembrance.
