What are some anime that resemble or were spawned from sentai or metal hero. I mean stuff like ronin warriors, borgman, hikaruon and stuff like that.

Before there was Goranger there was Gatchaman. Then theres OVA's like Shinesman. Saint Seiya is pretty Sentai-ish too, as well as Voltron/GoLion/Dairugger.

I believe Saint Seiya WAS Ronin Warriors.

Uhhhh No you are very mistaken there , Ronin Warriors was Samurai's, Saint Seiya was warriors based on Zodiac animals (and all of them had a Golden form I believe). Saint Seiya became Knights of the Zodiac, and it was also had a separate release as Saint Seiya in the US as well.

Also techically you can count that episode of Shinchan with Ryoutarou of Den-O.
