Heh, I remember when I lent some money to my dad (he wanted to buy something using my paypal) because he wanted to get some computer parts off eBay, he gives me back 200%... the cost of what he spent x2. I felt like I was a friggin' loan shark! :laugh:

I've seen a few people post toy hauls here, where they get stuff like Souchaku Henshins from convetions. I also asked /toy/ this, and they said there was a chance I could find some stuff there.

I should go to cons now.

IIRC, Dark Kabuto, you're in Toronto, Canada (at least near it).
So wouldn't it be easier to just go to Japan and get it rather than a con? Either way, you're travelling.
That way you're not taking chances... Japan is FLOODED with the current Sentai and Kamen Rider toys.

Because I'm damn sure as hell that I'd be pissed if I travelled all the way hoping to pick up toku stuff only to have it all end in disappointment or not have things go as originally planned.

Though I understand the insufficient funds argument if that's the situation... cost of flight to CA < cost of flight to Tokyo/other place in Japan.

Next year, my family did say we were going to Shanghai. It'll be as close to Japan as I ever get...

Heres my plan, I go to Japan....then never come back.

That way I don't have to pay for round trip.
