[Anime] Saint Seiya Omega - Talk Up!

So apparently a place called the "Palaestra" is replacing the Sanctuary... >8(

And to top top it all, a good portion of Omega will be set there at the Palaestra where the Saints... Go to "Saint School"... Which means that the actual name for this thing is should have been Saint Seiya GX.

These are suppose to be some of the teachers and students there...

On a brighter note, Bear Geki and Hydra Ichi are back.

EDIT: One last thing... It seems that the first episodes is titled: "The life that was saved by Seiya! Revive, legend of the Saints!"

Kind of a mouthful...

From what I've read Palaestra is just in Sanctuary, not replacing it.

One could see it as Athena's attempts to reform the Saint training system, considering the grueling stuff most of them had to go through against their will before. Just look at what happened to Ikki. I don't necessarily like the idea, but I can at least see from a story perspective why it would happen.

Y'know, I'm curious what the Gold Saints do now. Are there even any Gold Saints other than Seiya? Considering what happened during the Hades Arc, should they even be alive!?

There's a rumor that Seiya will be properly introduce on episode 17, maybe we'll see some more Gold Saints there.

I want to see Aquarius Hyoga, Aries Kiki and Scorpio Jabu. The rest I would like them to be new characters.

Damn... It is pretty awesome...

That's... actually a pretty good opening! And I think after the first few lines it shifts from Shoko Nakagawa to Nobuo Yamada singing it. It still sounds awesome!

When Seiya appears in the opening, you can see 4 other people with him. Now... what four other people would hang out with Seiya? ;)

Okay, I'm going to continue my stance of wait and see but the opening has served to get me back to being hyped.

Also, Saint Seiya Omega has been picked up by Crunchyroll, so if anyone intends to watch it, you can do it there.

Really wanna check this series out when it starts, but I never saw much of Saint Seiya beyond a first couple of episodes of the first series and Knights of the Zodiac. Do I have to know a lot about it before hand?

Nope. That's why this show is a spinoff: it's meant to get new fans in and excite the old fans at the same time.
