I dunno, at the end of the day, this kinda question boils down to the same issue Goku VS Superman has.

IE, for it to actually happen, one side would need to be mind controlled or otherwise magically manipulated and the other side would only fight them until the control was broken, leaving them the winners by default.

Otherwise you'd have them standing across from each other awkwardly for a few moments until one or the other goes, "Hey, you wanna go hang out in our [magic club house of the season]?"

Then... there would be frolicking.

Plus I don't call them "Scouts", like Girl Scouts. Sailor Senshi sounds a lot more better & more fitting.
