Wow! You took your senior picture with your Sailor Moon 'nalia?!

I love Sailor Moon! I even had the dolls, think they were 6in. You gotta appreciate the dub (lol). It introduced Sailor Moon as well as other anime to America.

I wish the live-action would've lasted until at least the R season.

lol. I actually recognize ALL of that stuff. I even own probably 1/3 of it all. I have that binder somewhere in this house.

Funny story you guys might like: Ray-Z (rangerboard) is actually a fan of Sailor Moon (from what I could tell). At Youmacon he had a SailorMoon CD and played a few songs. (I have all the soundtracks myself. The american soundtracks anyway. I do want to collect the japanese ones someday.) He's not a bad guy, not the type that everyone loves to portray him as.

Speaking of Alan and Ann, loved that arc of sailor moon. It was so kewl seeing villains who loved each other but also started becoming interested in the heroes as love-interests. And that played against everyone, you know? It was just crazy. And the whole final episode where Ann almost died and Alan was running to her. ;_;

I still have all my tapes of SM. But I wish they would release the English dub on DvD (I mean the DiC version. Even though I hated Cloverways dub, I still bought the dvds.) Buuut anywho

oh god...this show.... i tried to avoid it as long as i could. with the onsluaght of random japanese scenes where it looked like serena might have been drinking and got wasted, the androgynous underlings, the fact that no one minded that a grown-ass man was dating a high-school girl. and then came the lesbian scouts, even more androgyny.

this show dicked around with my childhood until finally i just said **** it, and turned on teknoman & dragon ball z.

friggin sailor stars or whatever the hell they are......friggin naoko takeuchi.

I got a pretty good idea of what it looks like now :laugh: Well I know my gf has a few Sailor Moon stuff, and I have some Sailor Moon style earrings, but I don't think her collection will get as big as yours :laugh:

Oh!! :laugh: At first I thought that said "From my mom", but then yeah I saw it said for which totally killed my laughter. No offense.

Well the dub by Dic and Cloverway was ok,not great but ok,the problem is that they cut alot of things in the series like lesbianism (Haruka & Michiru),death,and the change of character backgrounds and violence,specially the deaths scenes in Day of Destiny were the Sailors Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, and Mars sacrificed themselves, it kind of Reminds me of the hole !!am going to blast you into the next dimension!!from DBZ and the hole Haruka & Michiru thing being very close cousins,!!hmmm so let me get this straight they decided to take away lesbianism replace it with Incest? Good job Cloverway lol.
