Megan Fox is hot and yeah, she'll do great as Buffy.
As for Sarah, the reason for leaving BTvS (which made season 7 the last season) is that she wanted to move on to movies. It seems that she has always been into movies more than tv shows...probably because she wanted more money that way. Since now she is married...I think she just wanted to stick with movies (as she always have done in her life in between tv time including the 7 years of BtVS) and to focus on her personal life and being with her husband.
