For those unaware over the last two months Nelson Peltz has been trying to buy a couple of seats on the Disney board of directors noting the company's many financial failures to stock investors and as of yesterday lost. However, on April 2nd it appears that news outlets got leaked information that Peltz was extremely close to wining in a narrow margin. For those not into stock trading like I am telling anyone about an ongoing vote involving share holders before voting is finalized is illegal. Disney, barring corporate espionage getting involved, just broke the law. All at the cost of... The stock going down even further. I guess all that BlackRock money at Larry Fink's disposal and George Lucas's wife being a member of JP Morgan's executive board weren't the one two punch Disney hoped for.
Side note but if anyone is desperate for decent stock to invest in go with Nvidia, I did and that skyrocketed. AI is the future.
