I finally got Ciel's hair design. He's got Ashe's front bangs and headband, Vent's extended bang over the headband, and four spikes that lean more to his left. He also has that thin strip of long hair on the back.

Now for clothing, I have to make it very Hunter-ish...but my muse had died.
