One of Tendou's most bad ass moments. Actually one of the most bad ass Kamen Rider moments for me so far.

Absolutely. That's one of the many scenes that demonstrate that Tendou, the Sun, shines more brightly than any other Rider. Urataros is pretty pimp, but lying is no match for Hikaru's magic hair flip. So the victory goes to Hikaru. If Tendou was involved, he'd take both of their women just by showing up.

I think Ura's got the smart to make it happen, Shine doesn't seem like the type to gather girls like Ura.
