Repeated monsters in Kamen Rider.

The Spider and Bat Dopants were the first Dopants Sokichi ever faced when he became Skull, so those two are pretty obvious throwbacks to the original Showa riders.

Den-o had the Hare half of the Tortoise-and-Hare imagin reused like twice or maybe three times. I'm pretty sure the owl and blue bird imagin were the same suit repainted with a different head.

Also Weather Dopant is obviously a repaint of that one blue ninja baddie from Boukenger with new bits attached.

If we're talking about any re-used suits, rider or kaijin, then the imajins in Den-O got a lot of it. That one mole imajin was reused a dozen times.

It was a very weird choice for 'mass army imagin' since it wasn't a really good looking monster.

The Undeads in Blade have pretty much covered all if not most of the animal motifs:

Beetle, Lizard, Lion, Boar, Locust, Deer, Trilobite, Buffalo, Jaguar, Scarab, Eagle, Capricorn, Caucasus, Stag Beetle, Armadillo, Frog, Woodpecker, Whale, Fly, Tortoise, Bat, Zebra, Chameleon, Peacock, Serpent, Giraffe Stag Beetle, Mantis, Human, Hammerhead Shark, Dragonfly, Snail, Hawk, Plant, Moth, Camel, Centipede, Wolf, Orchid, Ghost Mantis, Spider, Bee, Mole, Rhino, Cobra, Polar Bear, Jellyfish, Scorpion, Squid, Tapir, Elephant, Tiger, Tarantula.

In fact all the Kabuto Rider motifs are in that list.

I was once under the impression that the trio of Worms that showed up at the tail end of Yaguruma's time as Thebee were repainted Darkroaches/Albiroaches from Blade.

I tend to like Kabutomushi/Kuwagatamushi monsters since they are somewhat rarer. I also like how W branched out a bit including elements etc

Monster mooks like the pupa Worms, masquerade Dopants etc are great imo. I also like what Kiva did where for example the Warthog fangire was reused and multiplied - usually it makes sense to me that there would be more than one of the same monster except in cases like Blade where each one is the sole champion of its animal group (though the Kings make me wonder if the Aces' species were awarded a second representative or something)

(though the Kings make me wonder if the Aces' species were awarded a second representative or something)

That wouldn't make a whole lot of sense, considering any of the cards could win regardless of rank. Hell, a TWO won the second-most-recent battle (still wish they'd explained how that worked out).
