Regarding TVN's PayPal

But yea, I get the feeling that this won't stop KingR from blaming us just for the sake of pissing us off so someone can make a thread about it so we can go on for 20 pages about how much we hate him.

If we could read Nihons forum I'd check out that the situation actually was, but certainly wasn't me. I want my Mega Ranger subs.

Here's what's being said:

Due to a member of the HJU forums leading some kind of "Get tv-nihons paypal shut down" thing. Paypal has just suspended our paypal account. I think it is pretty scummy for them to have done this, but what can you do. They are a bunch of leechers that just want free downloads at any cost. They let their personal hate cause such things as this to happen. I can't say what this will do to some of the projects as none of the staff here are rich. I'll keep you all updated on the paypal issue. I am not going to take down the paypal link on the main page as I am contesting this issue and paypal might side with us since we are not breaking any ToS contrary to what certain cunts might say on the net and other forums.

Well paypal has some sense. I just talked with the person I talked with in the past about this when a certain person reported us in the past, the paypal is back up and working. Thanks for the support. At least paypal has more sense than half the toku fandom.

The little worm probably hid himself deep within the bowels of HJU and won't surface again until the heat is off. Or registered a new account. I've searched their pages for anything pertaining to TVN's PayPal account and have found nothing. If it was there, it's gone now. It's also possible one of the higher ups at HJU did it and deleted whatever evidence there was.

You apparently know nothing about us or know all you do from KingRanger. :rolleyes2:

I sent an email Sand-Man's way to ask about the identity of the person who caused the trouble and haven't gotten a response yet. I'll be asking KingRanger as well to find out why he thinks it's someone from here.

See my last post on the previous page. And Keith, I was simply suggesting a possibility. I don't know your staff at all. You're the character witness, not I. I was simply throwing out something that may end up eluding everyone as to the true culprit.

I hope whoever did this is happy. KingRanger has just announced that he is cutting himself off from the Tokusatsu community. Althought I'm sure a lot of you are satisfied about this, I for one am saddened by it. The seperation of any fan from the community is deplorable, and anyone who has ever done wrong to TVN in any way, shape, or form should feel ashamed. I've promised to work in his stead to defend TVN should anyone abuse it in any way, as has happened with JSH of late. Fair warning to you all, as I'm sure someone's gonna come right back at me and call me the TVN-NeoNazi or something.

alot of us satisfied? I'd say about maybe 1/3 of us, only partly though, its not like we don't want TVN around, some of us just wish they wouldn't be so bitchy at times, am I one of them? no I just want my episodes and I'll call it a day. If you ask me I think the one you didn't report TVN was some kid that thought "Oh since everyone in this whole planet hates him I think I'll destroy his group so everyone will love me!" and no one really hates him THAT much here on HJU. Well that kid has a PILE of bad karma coming at him.

Well maybe this was the bad karma I was talking about earlier, or hell maybe this is bad karma for a future good karma he will gain

wow, this thread is getting weird, and ive never really had a problem with kingranger, the only person i had a problem with was who ever was giving me a hard time on there release page a while back, when i first started uplaoding TVN eps on the net

To be honest, I'm laughing whenever KR came out and accuse the whole lot of us for his problems and laughed even more when I saw his posts insulting anyone who doesn't agree with him.

But now, anything he does hardly shake the world. Sod him and his staff.

The rest of the staff hasn't even done anything. In fact, many of them are really nice and cool people. Personally, I admire takenoko.

I can't tell you who to like and dislike but at least be a little more considerate.

He's essentially just focusing on subbing and nothing more. He basically won't venture outside of TVN as far as Toku goes, even if it means to defend against people who are selling TVN's stuff as he's done, or is altering their work, as he's done. For all the crap you deal against KingRanger, calling him an asshole and such, he's been the biggest deterent against people screwing with the Tokusatsu community. He would go and look for people selling HKs and fansubs, and would report it to the community, making us aware of them and encouraging us to tell them what we think of them and letting others know not to purchase from them. He's been good to the Toku community whether you all think so or not, and I am proud of my promise to take his place in such respects.
