I'm just wondering if anyone else has heard of this Manga...

Plot: High school Karate champ gets caught in an accident that mangles his face badly, and wakes up from a coma a year later...just to find that his face has been reconstructed to that of his crush. Upon meeting his crush out on the street while wearing the same face, he is forced to act as the "older twin sister" while searching for the real one...
