Preferabel types of henshin devices

There exist 2 types of henshin device one is internal and external.
Internal is something like a build in the body when you either mostly do poses to transform.Similar to Kamen rider 1,2 Kuuga and etc
While external is using devices to transform mostly uses 2 set one for the belt one for the source? This can be seen in the newer version like Den-o,Kiva,OOOs and ect

Which type is much more well verse in a real fight where the mook aren't as static,slow,low intelligent creatures?

I practically prefer the internal one than the external which will get stolen quite easily or get disturbed in inserting the power source.

I like the external ones, but that's just because I tend to always like the way they look.

external ones are cooler though there may be a chance where the external devices can be stolen like in W where that insect dopant took shotaro's memories

I'm more into the traditional henshin pose to trigger the transformation (internal). What can I say? I'm a Showa fanboy and I love looking good before my henshin. :laugh:

I think the focus of both the Arcle and the Alter Ring are more on the "internal" type of Henshin trigger, since the belt just appears out of thin air and they just need to hit a button without the need for an external object like the Advent Deck, Faiz Phone, Zecter, Kivat, Cards, Gaia Memories, or Coins. Hope you get what I mean.
