I was wondering how the zords fit it in to all of this? cause there doesn't seem to be much room for them.

Yeah! They may or may not fit in anymore. I mean, there are too many civilian battles and I think the precent of RPM footages will be around 75% and the rest could be Stock Footages. I mean, this is starting to be on fire!

So, it looks like Venjix made his attack on Earth November 8, 2008 (meaning RPM is set in 2011). I find epic how they showed the humans fleeing and battling. Now all we need is some footage of Ranger's from the past fighting off the attack (but losing of course).
