Huh... what are you looking at there's plenty of changes:

1- The Speedor Image is pointing in the opposite direction
2- The order of the rangers on the packaging was changed
3- the street behind the three rangers has yellow lines
4- The RPM logo is to the side of the card
5- There seems to be a sticker or card packaged in
6- A blue sticker was added
7- The plastic bubble seems smaller with accessories stuck closer to the ranger.
8- The Blue Ranger picture doesn't seem the same either.

Some of those changes are very odd.

They sure are... can't really explain why they're there unless two graphic designers worked off the same basic concept and went in different but extremely similar direction?
