Power Rangers RPM

It'd be cooler if it was 2025, and there was an SPD crossover. But that's never going to happen. Like half the crap in this thread.

Well it says Near Future so I'm thinking around 2040 or 50.

Can't be 2040 because of SPD and SPD probably still exist by 2050 so it can't be that year either.

Hopefully we'll find out by the time RPM starts just as long they get the year right this time. When SPD started, it stated it was 2020 and then they changed it to 2025. The future where Sam came from was 2040

is RPM set at the present time or do they like go 100 years into the future or something?

Be cool if we had a season that went back in time.

Either way if they keep to their RIDICULOUS domed city idea they'll mess continuity further than usual.

It's not ridiculous...It's genius.

Theres nothing saying about it being on Earth it self. RPM could be in 2025 but on another Planet. Like we don't know what's going on in other Planets or Galaxy's...Hell they could be a World War going on in another part of space between two Alien Planets.

i think the zords are going to talk, since the zord technology is advanced which takes part in the future, and probably the zords are going to be their mentors.

Finally someone other than me sees the logic of putting RPM in the future. I do think we'll get a human mentor/alien with Boomper as his/her assistant.

So I take it you didn't like Lost Galaxy's concept?

No I did. Because it was independant of Earth.

I just don't want to see a show where for one year the Earth is a post apocalyptic wasteland because of the villain and at the end everything's back to normal in time for the next year's show, SPD or Time Force's time period.

Now if it was on a space colony on another planet that was cut off from Earth because of the villain then that'd be awesome!!
