There will be a proper announcement soon, but my "sources" have told me:

1) RPM was shot on HD.
2) It is the first season co-produced by Jetix Europe.
3) It is also possibly the final season co-produced by The Walt Disney Company: Jetix Europe is in early negotiations to take over all brand operations and production duties, outright, as of Spring 2009.

The Walt Disney Company will still own "Power Rangers", but it'll be completely outsourced to Jetix Europe under a special license which also allows Jetix Europe to trade under the Disney XD brand.
