Well the battles against the two DS monsters weren't particularly interesting but the one against Ryuuon's creation was actually pretty good and had Blue in the starring role. In fact I think I remember you complimenting that particular battle but I'm not able to hunt through the Bouken thread to check.

Anyways, the real problem I had with the episode cutting three separate zords battles is that it means we're going to go into the ultimate formation intro with the super formation only having been used once. Not a big deal by any means but it's still kind of irritating.

Ep was generally OK. I loved the between group conflict. I hope it continues the whole season. PR can return to a traditional villain setup next year.

Me? I probably did, I cant remember most of what I thought of Boukenger specifically. I know there were a handful of robo battles that I liked.

OOk, I went and found a clip of the Robo battle on Youtube. I remember this now, the battle was very good. ****, now I wish they had used that in PR:OO.

Yeah I thought so. It was one of the few good things you said about the series so it kinda stood out.

That monster getting stopped by rocks in Overdrive was pretty annoying.

What's Dark Shadow-ish going to do now? They've used up about 75% of their monsters already.

I really wish they kept the grunts.

I really didn't like them just wasting the monsters like that. I would have like it better if they just used Scaletex. The two DS monsters were not really nescarry. I was hoping he would somehow get out from underneath the boulders and grow so we'd get that kickass zord battle they had in Bouken. Not cool Kalish. Not cool at all.

DS has about five monsters left. There's also the episode when Shizuka turns into some kind of monster.

The same thing they did in Bouken: Nothing. DS did NOTHING almost the entire series of any note. Aside from Yaiba's betrayal at the end and Kaze's attempt at powering up, they did squat as the main focus of an episode. They did help the Questers with their ultimate creation but I imagine that'll get edited out as it means nothing

The footage is easy enough to tell if their outdoors, just look up at the sky. Japan's sky is noticably darker then NZ's.

I missed the episode damnit! I tried to tune in but I must have go the wrong channel because I ended up on Fox with 'This Week in Baseball' starting... I thought I was on ABC and the show was being postpone like they ALWAY do and I stopped my recording >< I hope it's reraned next week...gah what an idiot I was
