Power Rangers MegaForce 2013 - (Info in the First Post)

It didn't seem noticeable to me back in S1 and S2 of MMPR when they swap ethnic characters for which ever Ranger to play. I mean I was young and I didn't know much back then. But now, I think the whole Black playing the Black Ranger and Asian playing Yellow is starting to get out of hand. Not that I have anything against the Black part (seeing as though I am a Black man) but my suggestion is that they should stay focus on hiring which ever actor who share a chemistry with his cast mates despite the "color barriers". That my thoughts really.

Now, for the whole production of making Gosei into 1 season and Gokai a 2nd season.....that's just plain old fuckin' stupid. I just hope that it's just another hoax then an actual fact.

The issue is, you cast some one of a race with a color that's associated with them, either just in general (Black, obviously) or pretty much only in racist senses (Yellow) and people will cry out racism, no matter if they were right for the job or not.


I thought, and still do think, that the MMPR line up was perfect. They all felt right. Kimberly was a more girly girl, so she got pink, Trini was more of a tomboy in ways, so she got the less girly color. Billy and Zach's colors are inter changeable, really, but it never occurred to me that it'd be considered racist. It was just a dude who got to be a mammoth and another dude who got to be a dinosaur.

But **** was raised about it all.



Mind you can't blame PROO for hiring Will's actor for the role. They wanted a method actor after all....

I really didn't like PROO. I don't really usually get down on stuff for reasons like this. But I was like: "Black black Ranger... Stealing from my home Country...?" Their super powers also felt unnecessary, too. And I didn't like the interpretation they made of Brazil in it, even if it was for 2 seconds.

I wouldn't be surprised if Saban casts a black actor as Red Buster in the Gobusters adaptation.

if season 2 is going to be gokaiger, i suggest making it like the original power rangers season 2 and give the rangers new zords to pilot and ranger cards instead of ranger keys (so keep the same morpher), so they could keep there suits while having new powers.

then what about the sliver ranger in gokaiger, i say make the roboknight like a phantom ranger liker character, a robot who officially apart of the team. this would leave space on the gokaisliver's morpher to put the titanium ranger in. now the sliver ranger himself, again pull a season two and have him where the gokaisliver suit as a new ranger (a nod to the white ranger), but since the keys would be replaced, simply make a mod to make the morpher slide cards on the top. i think it could work well.

Once again, if they introduce Gokaiger mecha, it would be used by the Gokaiger team. Why? Because there is a green ranger in that team who's mecha is green and has no black besides just the engine and wheels and the decoration to match Gokai Jet.
