[Video Game] Pokemon X and Y: Friend Codes in the OP

The Gen 3 games were the worst selling Pokemon games. So, yes, they seemed to be fairly disliked. At the time, they were seen as removing many fan favorite features from the previous Gold & Silver, which likely didn't help.

Can't get past Pokémon , with Nintendo's excuses being arbitrary, which made playing the first two games a waste of time [I hacked mine in.]. Day/Night was cut, the inclusion of abilities and double battles doesn't take away how there were no battle animations, and it felt like two steps back in story.

The highlights for those games were surfing, Pokemon designs, though it was like a stripped GSC, but with better graphics.

4 was repetitive and despite a few plus sides, I got fed up with the ridiculous story and used the walking through walls to get all my badges. Then I used Action Replay to get the events for Legendaries, while catching other people's Pokémon because I was bored.

Because I have a DS Lite, I can't use the WiFi so I used AR again to get the events I missed. Aside from that, I have been clean.

Oh yeah. Having been playing Pokemon Emerald recently, it's annoying running into Winguls and Tentacools every five seconds, repels can only get you so far before you start running into ones you can run from.:redface2:

Man, I'm really close to just pre ordering this game. The announcement of Tourchick is pushing me closer to do it.

Still debating if I just want one version or both though…I don't really need to see a need to own both games when trading has gotten so much easier in the last few generations.

Especially Global trading. Once I got my three badges, I got all the starters I didn't have and then some. I would have done much more in W/B2, but as I said ,the Lite sucks with that sort of thing [besides the router not being mine to begin with]

The only thing keeping me from preordering is getting a 3DS for only a few games. If Digimon World comes to it and is released here for Fusion, I'll buy it alongside the other interesting games.

Yeah man, the 3DS library's gotten huge in such a short amount of time. Off the top of my head, I can easily recommend Project X Zone and Fire Emblem awakening as some of the best the system has to offer. Only bummer is the whole region lock thing.

I dunno the whole massive pokemon cloud storage for the price of a sandwich at subway is pretty cool to me, especially considering my Black 2 has pokemon that have been with me since Ruby and Sapphire
