Go to the basement level of the Pokemon Center, once it's available. Speak to one of the ladies. (The one on the left I think) Talk to her about registering for WiFi and what not. She'll then give you your friend code and a pal pad after you setup WiFi. I think your friend code should also be on your pal pad. :sweat:

Yeah, once you get your pal pad you have to try to connect to the wireless network, and they will offer to set up your friend code. It's in the basement of a particular Pokemon Center, and then once you get the pal pad it opens up at all of them.
