You can basically call any flamer/spammer/and or maybe any troll a cyber bully.


I find all of this cyber bullying in the news bullshit, these are just stories of sensitive kids who shouldn't be allowed on the internets in the first place if they're prone to such easy manipulation kill their selves or harm others irl.
