Found what the patch is on the right sleeve. It's a "Remember Pearl Harbor" patch as found here

bandai should have released Date's jacket. i mean, if they released eiji's boxers, clothes, uva's green jacket, why not Date's jacket?

Eh, I got a better jacket, that doesn't have the unnecessary patches, for cheaper. Like 30 bucks.

eBay. I posted what to search for in this thread. I've gotten all the jacket patches except the Pearl Harbor one. I'm still trying to see if I can find it by itself but that's proving nearly impossible.
It's also impossible to purchase the patches on his jumpsuit as that county in New Mexico does not sell those at all. I got some that look close from other New Mexico police districts, though. Only mistake I've made is the jumpsuit I got is a flight suit not a prison one, but I did that so I can have pockets
