How does she stumble upon the suit? Isn't Osborn in full possession of every bit of Starktech except for that one Extremis suit that Tony's running around in?

That's what I thought until I read that issue last night. Apparently, Osborn only got some of the Iron Man armors, but Stark has the rest of them. She actually found it by accident, but he created that suit specifically for Pepper.
