Does anyone remember "Pepper Ann"?

By the time Hey Arnold ended, it was'nt the same jokes that was killing it...Craig Barlet became consumed with the Arnold/Helga love story and began developing Helga way more than Arnold. It's a miracle the final season ended with an Arnold-central finale.

Now i get it why the show never lasted longer... heck, both HA! and PA had characters as tweens. would it be nice to revive this show as a live-action Disney Channel original?
