paypal help

im currently unemployed and my paypal got limitation on my account that i have to confirm my address, so i don't have any credit card or debit card, im not authorized for a credit or debit card, so is their a way around this?

my money is stuck in that paypal account.

You need a bank account or a credit card to transfer funds, otherwise you're screwed, and it'll be stuck in your account.

You need a card/bank statement to confirm your account.

Find a friend who has a credit card/Bank account, and have them open a PayPal account, and you can send your money to his account, and he can transfer it to his bank account. It's a long process, but it works.

I'm sorry to nag, but if you really are 25, and you have no job, no bank account, or no credit card.. something is seriously wrong. Unless you're in school.

If you're under 18, and don't have a bank account, you will have to find someone like a parent to open an account and let you use it. Then just add their bank details into your PayPal account and then you can withdraw your money. Until then, you won't be able to spend or withdraw it and it will sit in your PayPal account, which PayPal loves because they draw interest on your money while it sits in your account.

I don't have a credit card, but is there still a way to get my bank account set up so I can use pay pal with it?

Open a PayPal account. At your account overview, go to "Profile" add or edit bank account. Simple.

It asks for a bank transit number/intuition number...I have no idea WHAT those are

Think of them like phone numbers for your bank account. If you want to call someone on the phone, you need to know their phone number, right? If you don't have it, you won't be able to call them. Similarly, if PayPal does not have the transition number for your bank account, it won't know where to send your money.

The info that you need should be included on your monthly bank statements. You can also just go to your bank and get your account info from one of the tellers. Just tell that you need the info because you want to transfer money from your PayPal account to your bank account. Being a bank, they want more of your money, so once you tell them that you want to put more money into your bank account, they'll give you the info.

getting it set up for you're bank acount is easy just go to paypal sign up & follow there instructions if you have any problems with it go to you're bank with the paypal information that it asks you for and they can help you out ...

you don't need a credit or debit card at all for paypal
& confirming you're address & what not is easy as well from what i recall you don't need anything for that either for those with more than $2000-5000 in you're account though I'd open up a 2nd account at a different bank and use it just for paypal ... in fact its pretty much a good idea in general really ... that way you have nothing linked to you're main account if something goes wrong

Dark Kabuto, if you have any personal checks the bank gave you when you opened your account, all the needed numders are at the bottom of every check. I believe it's routing number, account number and maybe one more? If you don't have any checks you can call your bank and get the info. :thumbs:
