Opinions regarding an eBay item

I bought this 3 weeks ago:

-It says it's new.
-It says 6 figures.
-It says the special version of Marika Reimon is included.

Okay, by that I assumed it was the 6 figures plus the secret figure, since the actual box never mentions there's a 7th secret figure anyways.

Now, I bought this mainly for the secret figure, which it says is included.

I got the package today...

-New yes, but all have been removed from their packages.
-The special version of Marika Reimon which is listed, WAS NOT included.

Thoughts? Opinions? Should the special version have been included (since they listed it in the description) or not?

I would email the seller about it and see what he says, then depending on his answer file a claim with paypal stating that you never got the said items

dId you really pay $89 for those?... damn! Also mint & 100% new to me would = in unopened box & or bagies that they originally came in :S Just be GLAD that ebay changed the rules so that this guy can not NEG you back if you wind up giving him a negative for scamming you

Oh don't wait too long, it may have changed since but I think I remember it being that you have 40 days to file a claim before paypal declares anything null and void. thats 40 days since you brought the item on ebay, not since you have got it

Dude, to me it dont seem he says it was included, but just that the special figure of the set is marika reimon. This is from the ebay page you linked:

It doesnt say "merika reimon is included", it says set of 6 figure, special ver.marika reimon". Or maybe I'm missin something, like you asked him and he said to you the figure was there?

Also, which scam? he paid for a six figure set, that he has receveid. There wasnt listed the marika figure, or at least it doesnt say it has to be in those six. The only thing is you can say the boxes were opened, but i dont see paypal givin your money back when you actyually have receveid what you paid for...

It would have been a scam since he told me it was included, but I didn't pay enough attention and got the regular version and special versions mixed up, LOL. I did get the special version and it did have 6 just like the auction stated. When I realized I had got them confussed... :shakefist

Me happy now.. just gotta find someone who will sell a regular version now.

frankly if its not included then it should not be listed my .02 But it was listed & is included so problem solved
