So a guy PM's me on RB saying he can get me a TV Magazine from a Asian market near him, and they he'll throw in a Rider Medal extra he has for free.

I PayPal him the amount we agreed apon (Cover+shipping), then come today he suddenly can't get it...and he hasn't refunded my money!



I have a few PM to him that he hasn't replied too, and i'm hoping that he's just busy and can't refund my $ right now and will in a day or two.......

He's asking if it's via payment owed/gift, instead of goods. It's harder to get a refund if it's payment owed/gift.
