You can you also get those medals through gashapon too right? Are they out? Is the price difference worth it?

The DX ones are die cast, and so are the capsules ~ only the Candy Toy ones are plastic ~ and the dx ones are more or less made to interact with the toys/weapons, while the capsules and candy toys are more like stand alone collectible items....... that are made for you to interact with the drivers / devices if you wanted to...... since the candy toys have codes on the back that you can use your cell phone to scan and read them as well without having to buy the big toys ~

I have seriously missed like over 5 chances to get them now...

Me too. I stayed up till 4am on on Saturday I think when CS Toys restocked their medals.. had them in the cart, before I could pay they were gone. :anime:

The Kujaku and Condor medals have a gacha equivalent, and yes they are available right now. All medal types do pretty much the same thing in the OOO Driver, but there are color differences. It also depends if you want diecast or plastic. (at least, that is my understanding)

So if you want DX go for it, but gacha would probably be cheaper. It's your pick.

Looking through the auctions, after middleman fees, it might cost the same as getting the spinner.. Good thing I ordered it.

^ CSToys might get a restock on those gacha medals someday if you're willing to wait who knows how long. I would have gotten the gacha versions, but I liked the Spinner too much to pass it up. :anime:

And I got one of those O-Medal Sets at CSToys last Saturday. Don't hurt me. :confused2

Np ~ so far just those 3 ........ and if you're completest you will get all 3 versions cuz da Greeds have 3 of each medal ~ XD

my questions is that are the 2 taka cores in the capsules sets the same ? cuz for capsule set #3 they just decided to stick in an re-release of the taka medal for the kicks of it ~

To be more precise, you can get Kujaku and Condor as both gashapon and candy toy medals, on top of the TaJa Spinner DX release. The gashapons are already out. I'm not sure about the candy toy versions.

The difference in price is of course mainly because of the Spinner. If it's the medals alone that you really want, you may want to look elsewhere. The problem right now is that everybody wants OOO toys, and right now those two medals are very big targets. You may not be able to find the gashapon or candy toy versions for a price reasonable enough to grab them over the DX Spinner! OOO merch doesn't last long enough for you to mull it over either.

Ultimately, it's up to you to decide - if you actually have the opportunity to buy them at all.

I'm about to go on a spree. I have $300 and it's all going to cores and some of the new gaia memory set! I don't care how munch set 1 cost! I'm getting it this week!
